Relating to driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

Abstract

Requires that treatment reports submitted to court following conviction of driving while under influence of intoxicants contain certain information. Requires that all drug and alcohol screening tests performed on person attending treatment program following conviction of driving while under influence of intoxicants be performed by certain individuals and not at on-site facility.
